Thank you for your interest in the University of the District of Columbia's Workforce Development and Lifelong Learning (UDC-WDLL) division.

The primary mission of UDC-WDLL is to provide district residents with career readiness and preparedness knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully enter, remain, advance, and/or transition into in-demand, gainful employment opportunities throughout the region.

By completing this required intake form you will help us to understand how we can provide you with the career development AND academic/educational training, support services, and resources you need to achieve your career goals. Please answer as truthfully and honestly as possible.
